Air conditioner did not work despite telling management several times. Asked for room service, never got it. Has to ask 3 times for an iron. Nice pool, gym, sauna area Room was small

Clean room, easy access location, and great breakfast!

Nice hotel with restaurant/bar attached. As lost places in Dublin, no ac and few amenities.

Our two-night stay with two young adult children was fuss-free and comfortable. Rooms were larger than expected, with comfortable beds, big bathrooms with a lovely walk-in shower, a desk with chair, small table and chairs, luggage rack, and a wardrobe with a safe. The buffet breakfast (extra cost) was plentiful and offered decent variety. The location was convenient - about 10-15 minutes walk to Grafton Street and Temple Bar, and there are plenty of buses and trams steps from the door. There’s also a Tesco 200 m away for basic food and drinks. More expensive than we would normally budget, but that’s just Dublin in July unfortunately.

My first room didn’t have air-conditioning so I was given a key to a second room, but I couldn’t get the door opened. Staff also had trouble, went away and came back and were able to open the door only to find a man sleeping in that room. They found me a third room and 90 minutes after arrival I was settled. The next morning, while sitting in my room two staff members opened the door and walked in. Clearly, they were surprised to see me. They backed out without even apologizing.
