"I don’t usually book private stays through Expedia, so I was surprised when I was contacted by the host externally for payment. Fortunately, Shannon was extremely kind & attentive. She was quick to respond & address any needs. The home was lovely, very clean, & updated. The wifi was okay, but the view at night was pretty with the lights of Belfast in sight. "Super location, however, property is quite dated and needs some attention. On entering the property there was a strong smell of drains and mustiness. The toilet and shower drains smelt throughout our stay, this did decrease with use of disinfectant etc but soon returned. On reading previous reviews I have since seen this was noted as a problem in 2024 so obviously does need addressing. There was also no laundry facility as advertised on website.
