I booked wrong and the night staff said she could transfer it. She couldn't, she screwed up and instead of the manager fixing the customer, I paid double, because it was non refundable. She could have given a gift card because we are town every 4-8 weeks, but she wouldn't. I will never stay here ...

I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TAKE THE HOTEL OFF YOUR LIST. I BOOKED IT THRU HOTEL.COM BUT WHEN I GOT THERE THEY COULD NOT FIND THE RESERVATION. I DID HAVE THE CONFORMATION NO. BUT THAT DID NOT HELP. HE ENDED UP CHARGING ME MORE THAN WHAT WAS QUOTED WHEN I BOOKED. THERE WAS NO SOAP OR SHAMPOO IN THE ROOM. ...
