The front desk team was friendly, professional, and quick with check-in, which set the tone for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the separate living area with a comfortable sectional couch—perfect for relaxing after a day out in the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a restful night’s sleep. The modern bathroom was well-stocked with high-quality toiletries and had great water pressure in the shower. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations. There were plenty of hot and cold options—scrambled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, yogurt, and great coffee. The breakfast area was clean and well-maintained, even during peak times. One of the standout features was the location. Hyatt Place Baltimore is centrally located, making it easy to explore the Inner Harbor, museums, and great local restaurants.
