Check in staff were excellent. The hotel not so much. Needs updating and lives up to the no frills status. People definitely live there. Very pet friendly.
This is a budget hotel, however the rooms we stayed in were clean, and comfortable. I liked the hardwood floors. The staff was friendly and helpful. If smelling weed bothers you than don't stay here, but if you just want a no frills room because you're working out of town it's perfect
This property is convenient to everything you would stop in Glen Burnie for. Travel arteries, airport, shopping dining, the works. The buildings suffer from deferred maintenance. The bed was great. The staff was terrific, but, if you leave your stuff on the floor, you will be taking roaches with you when you leave.
Rough looking property. I wouldn't call it dangerous, but there are definitely some shady characters in the area. There are people living here. Kids running down the halls screaming. People randomly hanging out in the hallways. Most seemed harmless, but I don't see coming back here, despite the cheap price.
Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed.

The room was clean for the most part

Area not to nice and some guests at hotel are questionable and a lot of drug addicts and possible illegal activity throughout the court yard I didn’t feel safe late at night going out of the room
Overall it was horrible and shouldn’t have been. The shuttle service was good. However there was mold in the bathroom ceiling and bathtub.
I requested a simple refund and out to the next hotel where the manager “Andy” refused the refund, had a horrible attitude about it and only offered another room.
I stated if one room has mold he’s probably unaware if other rooms had and the medical risks to me, so just a refund. Still refused refund.
Had to get my bank involved and wasted time and resources.
Not to mention the constant smells of weed throughout the premises, hearing people walk outside the door …
Spend the money and go someplace else.
Trust me.
