Baltimore, Maryland hotel rooms at the Hyattvacations Supechain

"Bathroom sink was clogged upon arrival, called for maintenance, they had to take the sink apart to fix it. I left the room for my engagement and upon returning saw that the sink was again clogged, called them to make them aware but asked that they not come in until the morning as it was late. The sink was full when I checked out and I made the front desk aware again of the issue. I then proceeded to leave the parking garage when they tried to charge me for event parking $55 and also the $34 overnight fee. I had to park my car and go back inside to get my parking "validated" and was told I would only be charged $34. When I checked my credit card statement they had charged me a $50 fee. I contacted the property and they assured me the $50 would not be "charged" to my account but did absolutely nothing about the inconvenience of having a clogged bathroom sink. "

"We paid for breakfast for 2 mornings. 1st morning we were told there was no breakfast ... not even coffee. 2nd morning they gave us a small bottle of juice and a muffin. Very disappointed with breakfast!!!! Other than that the hotel was clean and a good location"
