"The location of the property was good as it was right on the beach. However, during the 3 night stay I never managed to get a warm shower let alone a hot one. The breakfast was also OK but needs more variety and turnover of food - it was lukewarm. They also seemed to be running low on cups ."

"The entire place was clean, organized and the staff were extremely friendly. The activities were well organized and executed and there was lots of entertainment to fill the days. Even though the international dishes were well presented and delicious, Neptune can improve on the meals by introducing more of the local cuisine enjoyed in Mombasa."

The rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms are a bit dated, but hey have everything you need. The breakfast and dinner buffets are very good with many options, including vegetarian. The beach is beautiful."
