"This hotel is set on stunning grounds, beautiful buildings, friendly staff.
Major setbacks for such a stunning hotel, by appearance.
Shower water was only tolerable, it was cold.
The buffet breakfast, supposed to be hot, was totally cold. There was absolutely no attempts to keep it hot or warm.
The room refrigerator was pathetic, i couldn't find a temperature adjustment, it didn't keep things much colder than room temperature.
Extremely disappointed by something that looked so beautiful "

"I've stayed at the Ozone before and it's in a quiet location with ample parking, situated only a km from the park entrance which is why i choose it. There are lots of restaurants nearby including a Laos food venue. The staff are friendly and helpful although those on reception when I checked in spoke no English.
