Love It

It was great, the staffs very friendly and helpful. Room very clean , and comfortable . But for the breakfast, I’d just say it was just OK. the selections for traditional food could be have more selections . For the price it was worth every penny. Overall I’d give this hotel 9.5 out of 10. And I will comeback in the future, highly recommended to everyone who want to visit Bandung. Thank you for the great hospitality, keep up the good work

My room on level 12, at midnight I still can hear the beat of music from Level 16.Also, just an input, to get in to Leval 16 bar very strict we are not allowed wearing sandal jepit (thong). I think if you should be a bit flexible especially for family, we (10 of us no children) just want to hang out, talking and spend time while drinking and snacking, we choose this hotel for relaxing, so not all of us wearing shoes at the hotel. We got rejected, then only 2 of us went in, found out the cafe was actually empty only 1x table and a DJ, if you were allowed us to get in at least you will get 10 x minimum charges. I believe it would be cases like us and you would miss getting income. At least you can allow us in certain area so we can enjoy our stay with family.

We arrived at 17:00 and we were told that we could not check in since the room was not ready. We booked the restaurant on the rooftop but to access to the rooftop, we need to come down to the ground floor every time.

Hotel baru bagus Tapi kesiapan jumlah karyawan masih kurang. Pesanan makan di kamar over 1 jam. Saat datang sudah dingin makanya. Bfast juga di restoran pesan mie tak datang2 karena staff kurang.
