Friendly and helpful receptionist name, Giant
We checked in at Serela Hotel very last minute and there was no Standard room left, the receptionist, Giant upgraded us to Deluxe room instead. He was really helpful and friendly.

Saya sangat nyaman bermalam di Serela Hotel karna tempatnya sangat strategis dipusat perbelanjaan Cihampelas. Kamarnya juga bersih, dan pelayanannyapun baik. Hanya area Parkirnya sangat sempit dan extra breakfastnya muahaaalll dan kurang fariasi. Selebihnya saya sangat puas dan pasti akan kembali lagi jika next bermalam di Bandung. Thanks Serela...
