Great Stay when in Bandung

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I love Sheraton in general. But this particular Sheraton makes me feel so homey and comfortable. Beautiful decoration, spacious room, comfy bed, clean bathroom with lots of amenities, literally I can find everything I need in the bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. I love the smell of the lobby area. They had this very nice smell coming out of their aromatherapy diffuser. They gave a yummy welcome drink too as you checked in. Too bad I only stayed for a night. I will come back and stay longer next time.

A Timeless Gem — Sheraton Still Shines Bright!

I have a long, fond history with the Sheraton Hotel—going all the way back to my university days, over 30 years ago. Back then, as a student, I often brought visiting university guests to stay here, knowing they’d be well taken care of. Fast forward to today, and I’m thrilled to report that Sheraton still hasn't failed us! Yes, it’s an old hotel—but not in a shabby or tired way. Rather, it exudes a kind of timeless elegance and solid dependability that’s hard to come by these days. The bones of the place are strong, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere still carries that dignified warmth I remembered from decades ago. What truly impresses me is how the hotel has managed to stay relevant and welcoming, without losing its soul to unnecessary overhauls or trends. The staff were courteous and professional, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the entire experience felt like a warm nod to both the past and the present. Sheraton, thank you for being the kind of place we can keep coming back to—confident that you’ll still deliver. You’re not just a hotel, you’re a memory keeper. Here's to many more stays!

Dilarang untuk keluarga yang bawa bayi

Tidak cocok untuk keluarga yang membawa anak kecil/bayi. Asi saya untuk bayi, semuanya busuk dan dibuang. Padahal dari awal sudah bilang dengan jelas minta dimasukin ke freezer beku, sudah konfirmasi ke front desk lalu ke kitchen juga 2x konfirmasi percuma. Tidak ada minta maaf dll hanya susu asi berharga yang terbuang sia2. Hotel bintang 5 kualitas kaki lima.

4층 건물이지만 엘레베이터 없는 곳

호텔이 계단이라서 캐리어 들고 올라가고 내려오고 해서 힘들었네요...엘레베이터가 없을 줄이야....
