Location is strategic

The 101 is a standard 3.5 star hotel, location is strategic. The room is quite clean for a non carpet floor but a carpet itself is dirty. The room is also not sound proof so you can see other voices coming. Bathroom is Ok, but can be improved by placing a mat in shower room and you must ask for a small towel. Pillow is only one for each single/twin beds which is usually you can get two pillows in similar hotel.

I would like to comment the breakfast and housekeeping team for their good service and warm hospitality. However I also like to highlight one disappointing incident with the reception staff who had suggested for us to visit an attraction that had been closed 2 months ago. It’s a 4 hours return trip wasted due to the staff’s lack of knowledge.
