The staff were extremely friendly and helpful given our situation where we had to take care of sick family member at RSHS. The staff ensured that we can have rooms to stay in daily basis. PVJ is also in walkable distance of you need some refreshing.

We booked our trip late and there were many hotels available for 4 adults in one room. The room was large. There was a wedding or something noisy in the hotel. I slept through it others could not. My wife told me her back hurt from mattress next day. Hotel food was ok

We came here after a really bad experience at another accommodation. The staff here are so nice and helpful. My daughter was sick and we needed to go to the hospital, they help me call the hospital. Our family room was so spacious and clean. My teens are too small for the kiddie tent in the room, but if you have little kids book this room! The breakfast was so excellent for my family, I get to enjoy Indonesian foods and my German Irish family get to each waffles and eggs.

Mooie grote bedden, lagen prima. Eigen badkamer met toilet, voorzien van toiletartikelen zoals zeep, shampoo en tandenborstel & tandpasta. Iedere dag schone handdoeken Ontbijt was prima, niet uitgebreid Elke dag twee flesjes water. Minpunt is wel het drukke verkeer. De eerste nacht lagen we aan de voorkant en dan hoor je het verkeer erg goed. Daarna hebben we om een kamer aan de achterkant gevraagd en gekregen. Toen was het prima te doen. Vraag dus om een kamer aan de achterzijde van het hotel!

비흡연룸 달라고 했는데 환풍구로 담배연기가 계속 들어왔어요. 담배연기땜에 새벽에 깬 호텔은 처음이네요. 새벽에 말했더니 잘 조치해주시고 아침에 바로 방 바꿨어요. 바뀐 방에서는 그런거 전혀 없어서 잘잤습니다. 전반적으로 그냥그냥 가격에 맞는 호텔이었습니다. 방 청결도는 좋았어요.

Small but really comfortable room for the sake of having rest after the whole day spent for shopping. Thumbs up to hotel staff who help us changed the comforter at 12pm without any complain. Awesome breakfast. Will repeat our stay again.
