Good hotel for a very affordable price

I was traveling alone and have booked the 2 beds. The reception guy gave me a big single bed instead and I really appreciate it. Staff were all nice and helpful. I rested well and really liked the hotel.

I have traveled the world, with many types of properties. This hotel exceeded its limits with rudeness, lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and complete disrespect to all customers. I feel both mistreated and misled for this stay.

As young Australian travellers we wouldn’t recommend this stay. The staff were uninviting and rather quite unhelpful towards us throughout our stay. When we checked in we were taken to a different older hotel behind the building although we could still use the facilities of the newer building I didn’t see anything about this in my booking records. Overall I would not recommend this hotel the location isn’t great either - don’t waste your time.

The room is dirty and dust. I requested to change a new room but it still the same. I booked for 2 night but the key cards can’t use for the second night. It’s worst that for a patient can enter the room. Only one thing is good that it located near bangkok hospital.

Decent value

Although a bit run down, this hotel was suitable for a business or Bangkok Hospital stay. The bed was hard and air conditioner very loud, even at its lowest setting. The neighborhood is not easily walkable but the free shuttle to the surrounding area very convenient.

Hotel was ok. The lobby and the main building looked very exclusive. We were accommodated in the neighbor building and the entrence and the first impression was not as luxurios as in the main building. Price-performio ratio was ok. The only think that really bothered was a phone in the hall. It started with the rinning at 7 am in the morning in front of our room and rang all 5 to 10 minutes. It took us really long time, to find out what was ringing and it was annoying. In the area there was not much to see and unfortunately not very many restaurants and food options

Noice noice and more noice

The room had no sound isolation what so ever, all night and all morning you wake up to every door in the corridor slamming. The whole morning you can hear the cleaning crew call each other on some phone with the most annoying signal. The aircon stops every hour with the loudest noice I ever heard (no joke) Nothing else is really wrong with this place but since sleep is sort of the main purpose of a hotel it's hard to be to satisfied. The location is quite of, you gonna need a 15 to 20 min taxi ride for about 150 baht to any place of interest We paid 5200 baht for 3 nights.

Pretty good for the price!

Hotel has an awesome gym and pool. The room was generally clean and good for such a cheap price! My only complaint was that the hotels.com app says the hotel comes with an airport transfer but it does not.
