エアコン付ツインルームに2泊、ドミトリーに1泊しました。宿の入口も夜9時でロックされるセキュリティはあるし、寝る時のタオルセットもあるし、この価格では充分だと思いました。スタッフも女性2人とも英語での会話で和やかにフレンドリーに会話してくれますよ。

スタッフの方はとてもフレンドリーで親切。シャワーが水しか出ないのは寒かった。お部屋は窓がなく、扇風機のみ。とても暑かった。冷蔵庫とかもない。ホテルだと思って泊まるとちょっとがっかりするけど、まぁ金額的にokかなぁと。

Good place to stay! Super close to Khao san road, the host is super friendly and kind but the guy in charge of laundry is not very friendly. Our private bathroom didn’t had a sink! 😔

Overall a nice place...

The staff was really nice, the room was clean except for the bathrooms and showers, no sink in the room! Excellent location - close to everything within walking distance and quiet street. The smell was not good for laundry.

My stay at Baan Chanasongkram was comfortable. The room is very basic (2 beds and a table) with a basic bathroom (shower and toilet - no sink) but clean and fine for what we needed. The service was very friendly and the location is good. The negatives: the beds are solid, and I mean really solid, I don't think it's a matress, there's definitely no springs. It's like lieing on a covered block of wood. Also, the walls are thin and there's always noise. This wasn't so bad on our first night as the hostel was quite quiet and calm, however on our last 3 nights there were some other guests who went out partying. They were extremely noisy pre and post going out which disturbed us.

0 Komfort! Zimmer ohne Fenster und ohne Klima :(

Trotz des geringen Zimmerpreises hat mich das Hotel sehr enttäuscht. Keine Fenster, keine Klimaanlage, kein warmes Wasser. Und Handtücher erhält man nur gegen Aufpreis :( Der Zustand des Hotels ist sehr schlecht und eigentlich renovierungsbedürftig. (z.B Kabel gucken aus den Wänden / Bodenbeläge stark abgenutzt) Mein Tipp: Lieber gleich etwas mehr Geld investieren , und sich über ein schönes Zimmer/Hotel in einem freuen!

Clean and friendly staff

I stayed in dormitory room. It was very clean. There are hot shower, free Wifi(it worked well), big towel, body wash and shampoo. Staff were very good English speakers and friendly. It close to some cheap restaurants and a temple, and not far from Khaosan Rd. *I used there in low season, so it was very quiet and everything was clean. I'm not sure if it is same in high season. 8人のドミに宿泊しましたが、全てが清潔で、各ベッドにコンセントと読書灯が設置されていました。 部屋にはトイレとシャワーが付いていて、珍しく十分にお湯が出ました。 スタッフの方も感じが良く、親切にあれこれ教えてくれます。 希望すれば鍵付きのロッカーも無料で貸してくれます（最初にデポジットとして100バーツ払います。） カオサンから歩いて10〜15分くらいです。場所はちょっと分かりにくいのですが。。 いい宿でした。オススメします。 ※私が滞在したのは9月半ばのオフシーズンです。ハイシーズンに泊まる方はあまり参考にならないかも知れません。

Cheap but grim

The people who run the place are nice but finding the shower and toilet full of gecko feces wasn't pleasant. Bed was rock solid, don't think there was a mattress. It was the price it was for a reason.

カオサン通り近く、リバーサイドにあるホテル。ワットポーや王宮にも歩いて行くことができます。価格の安さに比べて充実してると思います。温水シャワーにバスタオル、シャンプーと石鹸も付いています。カオサン通り自体が中心地から離れてはいるものの、良いホテルです。

Gegend um Khaosan Road. Nah am Nachtleben

Bei diesem "Ho(s)tel" handelt es sich um ein altes Thai-Haus. Betreiber war hilfsbereit und kompetent. Hilfskräfte waren sehr freundlich aber kaum englischsprachig, da... billiglöhner aus Birma. Das Raum befand sich im "Untergeschoss" des Hauses. Kein Fenster, kaum Belüftung, sehr hellhörig! Ohrstöpsel sind notwendig, da das lokale Nachtleben sehr intensiv und laut stattfindet.
