This was the first hotel I ever stayed at when I visited Thailand. I've stayed here 2 more times since. The staff are great and it's within walking distance of anything you might need. There's literally a convenient mart right next door for anything you need. Its a tourist area of Bangkok.

If it weren’t for the outstanding front desk staff — and especially Fern — I would have checked out early and moved to another hotel. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made a world of difference during my stay. Fern went above and beyond to assist me and made me feel like a valued guest, even when the situation became unnecessarily stressful. Unfortunately, my stay was significantly impacted by the way an issue was handled by the operations manager during Songkran. Rather than resolving the matter with empathy or professionalism, their attitude came across as dismissive and unhelpful. It left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome, which is not what anyone wants while traveling — especially during a holiday.

While the nstaff were very very good I was disappointed that the website said there was a gym and there wasn't. That was a major reason I picked the hotel in the first place. But all in all I had a pleasant stay.

The hotel is situated in the Sukhumvit area. It s basic but convenient. Good bed. Shower goed from hot to cold every minute.

Nicely located, but with a lot of errors

The hotel is in renovation until Januari 2025. They still rent rooms. The shower only gives cold water. The wifi wasn't available at my room If everything works it is a nicely located hotel.

Hotel is in a conveniënt place at Sukhumvit soi 13. The rooms are spacious. The shower doesn't work well: hot, cold, hot, cold every 30 seconds. The wifi could better.
