Friendly staff. I always stay at this hotel when I come to Bangkok for vacation. I like the grand suite. It has enough space for myself and my girlfriend. One person can relax in a bedroom while another stay in a living room without disturbing each other. It’s next to terminal 21 mall which is a plus.

I was upgraded and my room was truly spectacular. It included a living area, kitchen section and breakfast area. The fridge was quite big. It actually included a washing machine too. The bathroom was large with walking shower and a huge bathtub. The place was exceptionally clean. I added daily breakfast to my Bill and I highly recommend that the breakfast buffet was simply speaking, exceptional with a variety of eastern and western foods which changed daily. The location was highly convenient close to the BTS and MRT train stations. Affiliated with the hotel was a huge shopping mall on multiple levels with a massive food court in the basement. I highly recommend this place and when I go back to Bangkok the next time, I’ll stay there again.

We had an excellent stay at Grande Centre Point Terminal 21. The location is hard to beat—directly connected to Terminal 21 and the BTS and MRT, which made getting around Bangkok incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with wonderful views of the city. After spending the day exploring Bangkok, coming back to the hotel felt genuinely relaxing. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Having the mall, restaurants, transportation, and everything else literally at our doorstep made the experience even better. A fantastic hotel in one of the most convenient locations in Bangkok. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

What else can you say, it's at 5 star hotel ontop of a mall with a great food court and easy access to the BTS and MRT. Great place to stay if you want that. Also the 10 floor infinity pool was fun, the view of Bangkok's skyline was cool.
