It is NOT a hotel-it is an alley service apartmen

This is NOT a hotel, it is deep in the Soi (back alley), i only recommend if you are working there and have a driver.

Les appartements sont de qualité, propres et bien équipés (four à micro-ondes, lave-linge et réfrigérateur). La literie est confortable et des bouteilles d'eau sont désormais offertes. J'ai séjourné 3 ou 4 fois en l'espace de deux ans et je suis toujours très satisfait. Le transport gratuit par navettes vers la station de métro ou le supermarché Big C est très pratique. Rapport qualité-prix excellent.

Отвратительная гостиница, которая находится в 900 метрах от BTS, но это напрямую, по дороге почти 2 км. Где находится этот отель таксисты имеют слабое представление. Из отеля по графику ходит шатл, но обратно его надо заказывать по телефону, но не у всех есть местная SIM и не все знают язык. График отьезда от BTS и Big-C не соблюдается. Шатл может и не прийти вовсе. Заселили быстро... Взяли залог в 1000 бат, Выдали ключ и показали где лифт. Никто не потрудился поднять багаж в номер. В номере отсутствовала заявленная электро плита. Ни каких мыльно-рыльных, кроме геля в душе обнаружить не удалось. В номере всего два(!) полотенца. Матрацы жесткие, вернее очень жесткие и их зачем-то два. Вода в бассейне грязная и мутная. Завтрак это яичница из двух непрожаренных яиц, сосиска и кусочек бекона. Стакан приторно-сладкой оранжевой жидкости, чашка коричневой жидкости, стакан молока. Два тоста принесли в конце завтрака. Но самое "прелестное" то, что в завтрак в день выезда давать отказались, хотя стоимость всех суток была одинаковой. Интернет шустрый как беременная черепаха, загрузить фото с мобильного в отзыве на hotels.com так и не удалось. Из плюсов-отсутствие российских телекАналов RT, Россия 24 и им подобных. В душе следы плесени. При выселении предоставили камеру хранения.

จองเอาไว้ราคา1600เศษแต่การบริการไม่ดี เข้าไปถึงที่พัก โรงแรมไม่เหมือนตามภาพที่มีการโฆษณาเอาไว้ สภาพโรงแรมเก่า และในห้องตู้เสื้อผ้าก็พัง น้ำในก้อกเป็นสนิม ซึ่งก่อนใช้ได้มีการเก็บภาพเอาไว้ เพื่อป้องกันกลัวว่าทางโรงแรมเรียกค่าปรับอ้างอีกว่าเราทำเสีย ในการประชาสัมพันธ์ไม่ได้แจ้งว่าต้องจ่ายมัดจำอีก 1000 บาทก่อนเข้าพัก แต่เมื่อไปถึงพนักงานต้อนรับมีการเรียกค่ามัดจำก่อน 1000บาท ซึ่งวันนั้นค่าห้องตัดบัตรเครดิตไปแล้ว และนำเงินสดติดตัวไปแค่ 800 บาทเพราะเข้าใจว่าทุกอย่างสามารถจ่ายผ่านบัตรเครดิตได้ แต่ไม่ได้เป็นเช่นนั้น เพราะต้องจ่ายมัดจำให้กับทางโรงแรม แต่พนักงานบอกว่าถ้ามีไม่พอสามารถ จ่ายแค่500บาท จึงได้จ่ายแค่ 500 บาท เมื่อเข้าไป ภาพของห้องไม่เหมือนในรูปเลยห้องเก่ามาก จองไปและได้อาหารเช้าฟรี แต่พนักงานในโรงแรมไม่ทราบ โทรศัพท์ในห้องไม่รู้ว่าจะมีไปเพื่ออะไร ช่วงเช้าจะโทรไปหาพนักงานเพื่อถามสิทธิ์ในการทานอาหารเช้าฟรี แต่ก็ไม่มีคนรับสายจนแฟนต้องลงไป ไปบอกไปเถียงเพื่อให้ได้อาหารเช้าฟรี ตามแคมเปญที่ทาง Expedia ได้แจ้งไว้ กว่าที่จะคุยกันเข้าใจ เนื่องจากพนักงานช่วงเช้าเป็นชาวต่างชาติ คุยไทยไม่ได้ และแฟนก็เป็นคนไทยสื่อสารอังกฤษไม่ได้ เค้าคงคิดว่าโรงแรมนี้คงไม่มีคนไทยมาพักมั้งคะ เลยเอาพนักงานที่คุยไทยไม่ได้มาดูแลลูกค้าช่วงเช้า แต่นี้มันเมืองไทย คนไทยที่คุยอังกฤษไม่ได้ และมีปัญญามาพัก ก็คงจะมีมา ซึ่งทางโรงแรมไม่มี พนักงานดูเหมือนจะไม่รู้เรื่องรายละเอียดการจอง ทำให้หลายๆอย่างการบริการไม่ดี เหมือนลูกค้าได้วอเชอร์มาฟรีๆ ทุกอย่างเลยไม่เหมือนกับที่คิดเอาไว้ และสัญญาว่าจะไม่ไปพักโรงแรมนี้อีก ครั้งนี้ครั้งเดียวก็เกินพอ

Nice hotel

Quote a walk from the BTS but they do have a shuttle service. Unfortunately a sewage type smell in the washroom and the pool shower where they have uncovered drains. Same thing in my friends room. I only saw room enough for about 4 cars to park unless I missed an additional parking area. They also rent monthly as well.

最近、名前が変わった以前はEKKAMAI@10だったと思う。 このサービスアパートは非常に快適であるがBTSの駅から歩ける距離ではない しかも。周辺には買い物できるところはない、足がなければ移動はホテルの送迎だけなので不便である しかし、この点をおいても、快適で安いホテルです。

2 minus 1) sengen er ALT for hård 2) WIFI er elendigt. Ellers var alt perfekt. Enorm god service. Vi a kom før indcheckning men fik lov at checke ind før tid. Vi syntes ikke sengetøjet virkede rent og de skiftede det med det samme. Rengøringen er i top - rengøring dagligt og nye håndklæder hver dag. Gratis vand. Opvasken bliver taget. Gratis tuk tuk og shuttlebus til big C indkøbscenter og ekkamaistation. Nem med taxa fra lufthavn ca 400 baht. Ellers tag sky train til ekkamai station og aftal med hotellet at blive hentet der eller gå. Der er virkelig ikke langt.

交通不便、部屋は満足

BTSエカマイから歩くと30分はかかる。普通、徒歩は考えられない。奥まっているのでタクシー、モーターサイは、中々つかまらない。ホテルの送迎が頼り。部屋は安い割に広く大満足。自分で移動手段を持ってる場合お勧めです。

Out of the way apartments with no facilities.

I was extremely disappointed. I was put in a room in the old wing. It stank of curry. I asked to change rooms but they just said full! I was staying for 5 days so was not happy. I asked them to spray the room and they said they did so but still had a bad smell. There is no shop or restaurant and none in the nearby vicinity. The swimming pool was empty. I checked out as soon as I could find a suitable alternative!

ホテルズドットコムとスタッフのどちらが正しい？？

フロント女性の一名を除きスタッフは従来の投稿通り最高に良くしてくれます。 ただ、私はバスタブが利用したくてジュニアスイートを予約しましたが、バスタブの無い部屋に通されました。翌日その旨を伝えると、昨日受付した友達が間違って良い部屋に通したとのこと。 ジュニアスイートの部屋を見せてくれと依頼すると、いっぱいで見せれないとのこと。 怪しさ満載です。 部屋に戻り、ドットコムのサイトを見ると、ジュニアスイートもその上のスイートもバスタブ付になっているではないですか！！！！ はたして、このスタッフとドットコムのどちらが正しいのでしょうか？？ 結局、このスタッフの顔を見るのも嫌なため、後半の１０泊はほかのホテルに変えてしまいました。 ただ、このホテル外出の多い方には不向きです。 外出時はトゥクトゥクで快く送っていただけるのですが、帰りは自力で帰らなくてはなりません。 タクシーもほとんど道がわからないため、自力での説明が必要です。 ただ、それだけがホテルの問題です。
