Feels like a former 6 star hotel that's still fantastic, just a touch dated, however fantastic still. Little things like the digital light switches don't work perfectly and are a bit touchy. The furniture is so cool, and the room layout is excellent, the pool is basic as is the gym. The Sauna and Spa would be excellent however I couldn't easily figure out how to use them and I doubt the water heats up immediately. So the features and feel are really cool, just feels like a few things need to be maintained. Cheers

I was staying there on a Monday night, and there was very loud music coming from somewhere. I called the front desk and asked them where the very loud music was coming from and they told me coming from their very own bar. They said the owner really liked having the bar open to 4 AM every night. . So I got very little sleep. I wouldn't stay there again.

Used room and poor customer service
Upon check in, the front desk staff pretended to "run out" of rooms. When I requested my money back, they miraculously has the room I book available. The time I checked in was 1130 pm. I did not have the energy for horrible service. After I made it to the room I found finger prints everywhere, hair in the drains and sheet, and poop stain in the toilet. After I reported these findings, they told me house keepers are only there in the morning and they couldn't do anything about it. If this was my last resort, I'd rather sleep in car.

Reasonable but needs renovation.
Situated on a very noisy road. The property is very dark inside with little natural light. It could do with renovation. However, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Our room had a kitchen but there was no crockery or utensils to make use of it.

This property is clean, private, comfortable and complete. Very pleased with the aesthetic and how it’s just a 5 minute walk to the water taxi. The swimming pool not so clean, jacuzzi also not working, the sauna is good.

Nice to stay. Nice interior design. Bellboy very friendly and kind. Food and Beverage staff named May very good service. However all staff should remember some guests speak Thai and can understand private conversations between staff and senior staff, and don't wish the hear swearing and ego filled chit chat. 1. This property is full of mosquitos everywhere including in my room. 2. The breakfast is horrible except the eggs. 3. In fact there is no gym. A couple of poor quality machines. 4. I will not recommend this hotel and never book this hotel again.

Very wonderful comfortable hotel. The staff are proficient and customer service when needed was at highly rated hotel class. The pool was perfect for a lap swimmer and easy for beginner swimmers with not too much depth. Breakfast was yummy. Highly recommend.

This waa an excellent hotel choice, I will definitely stay again. My room waa perfect, the bed was comfortable (not a rock) like most beds throughout Asia. The staff friendly and helpful. The location and neighborhood waa spot on, many great choices to eat. This hotel is about 25 from Silom Rd, 45 minutes from the airport. I would say the neighborhood is cross between Chelsea and the West village. English was spoken proficiently at the hotel.

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. I would barely give it 3. When I arrived I had to wait. And after giving me the key I had to Lug my own luggage upstairs. Even though there was staff there. Went all the way to my room to find out my key didn't work. Had to go all the way downstairs, wait, get my new key, then go back upstairs. The only good thing about this room is that it had a washer and dryer so that was pretty great. However there was a little mold growing on the sides of the tub. Everything looked brand-new yes. However you could tell if you look closer than it was not. A lot of the wood was banged up. Also they did not have good sound protection. So I heard beeping and honking all night long. In the morning I was very confused about where to go. Had to find out breakfast did not start until 7 a.m. Yet I woke up early so I could get my trip started. Had to wait half an hour. And when I did the food was not that great. No options other than eggs. Before leaving I asked if I could extend my room to check out at 2 p.m. and they said yes. I said it twice. When I came back went all the way to my room and found out my key card did not work. Again. They forgot to reprogram. Had to go all the way downstairs get it reprogrammed. Then come back upstairs. Mind you this is at 12:10 p.m. very frustrating. No Spa, no help with luggage, nothing. And then when I asked to help with a taxi to the airport they did. In the taxi the guys tried to charge me twice as much 500 baht.

Good hotel but there are areas of improvement
Rooms are very clean but overall the lighting ambiance of the hotel can be better as it is rather too dim at night when I walk into the lobby, it makes the hotel atmosphere kind of old & dated. I do respect the heritage of the building and all the wood furniture and decor but the choice of lighting can be better to enhance on the e.g. color of the wood etc. I was disappointed with the breakfast selection which was very limited choices, and replenishing was slow so the trays are empty. I spotted 2 cockroaches behind the bread and the coffee machine which was shocking! Cleanness & hygiene is key and the "poor lighting" is a factor too when staff cannot even see probably if the table tops are clean are not. I rather the restaurant be brightly lit to avoid eating with insects crawling around. Please take note to improve this.

Very shocking customer service, very few hotel staff feel welcoming. I booked an executive studio and the room was something like a 3 star hotel. Housekeeping always forgetting to fill basic things like tissues and toliet paper also not emptying bins always having to call reception. Tv had audio and software problems, shower always flooded and ibwas moved into a diffrent room which had the same problem water spilling evwrywere on the floor. Im not one to complain but this time i spoke with the genral manager which confirmed there is a lack of training in the hotel. This

This hotel is beautiful but the rooms are INFESTED WITH MOSQUITOES. In the room and under the blankets got a lot. My son's face had at least 3 bites while his body and legs had many. They did however managed to help us change rooms and helped with the luggages but the other room also has mosquitoes but lesser. The reception and room service people are really nice and friendly.

The staff were nice however I was asked to change rooms 5 times while I had a serious fever. They finally upgraded me after midnight but the the next day I had to be downgraded and change again so left the hotel to another where I happily paid double for the rest of the week.
