Air conditioning in lobby was sporadic but my room was always well air conditioned. Wonderful pool though they put a lot of chlorine in it. Suggest you wear goggles and nose plug if you swim. My only complaint is that the hotel is not conveniently located in terms of access to Metro or BTS though the hotel does provide hourly shuttle service to Ekkamai BTS.

No air conditioning in the hallways

On arrival we got a good greeting. However we got zero information about breakfast/ restaurants/ pools and so on. We had a dinner scheduled so my partner wore cocktail dress and I had a suit. We took 2 steps outside the door and it’s soooo hot that I started sweaty right away, turns out that they have ZERO air conditioning in the hallways, not even in the elevators or lobby. So that night was ruined. The hotel is a bit offside as well, thank god for UBER/ Grab service.

This is my second stay at this property. The rooms are a great value, they are huge. I was upgraded on this stay to a suite that had a second small bedroom as well as master bedroom. Kudos for that. Now, for the bad items - for some reason, my room's wifi wasn't functioning. I could see both my neighbor's wifi, but not my own. I told the front desk about it and the receptionist asked me to return to my room as she would send a technician to resolve it. The technician never showed up. Bugs - during my stay, I killed and flushed a spider and two roaches and also policed up the bodies of two more roaches and a bee. In most ways, this was a excellent stay. Bell services on arrival and check-in were top notch. But those two items marred the stay a bit.

Very convenient hotel, always clean, with good room facilities, including fridge, air conditioning, 2 TVs, plenty of space and an extremely comfortable bed. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only drawbacks were the tired gym facilities, with interemittent air con and a ppoor range of equipment another exercise bike would have been good! Also, while the swimming pool looked good, it had rather a lot of green algae in it, and as a physically challenged person, it was nearly impossible to get out of - a handrail or shallower steps would have been ideal. It would have been nice to have a quiet late night drink in the hotel; the rooftop bar was way too noisy, and there was no restaurant or room service to call upon. However, the hotel suited our needs very well overall, and I expect we will return.

Poor accommodation for long stay in Bangkok

The front desk service is very poor and the attitude of the staff make me feel uncomfortable. The housekeeper didn’t make up the room to meet my qualifications every day. The water in the both showroom comes very slowly and small even though I ask the maintenance to fix it still can’t be solved the problem. I won’t be back to this one star hotel again.

Staff at front desk likes to be sarcastic and speak to each other about the customer in Thai. Housekeeping is sloppy, towels are stained. I had to buy a towel from a store.

The hotel was not in one of the busy spots of Bangkok, but the property would get busy at night because of their bar upstairs (Tulum - we didn’t get to try it out, but looked pretty cool). The hotel wasn’t loud or noisy, but the cleanliness really threw me off. Even though we made a booking for 4 people, the accommodation was essentially for 3 people. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty. The room my kids were supposed to sleep in had a small twin bed, with dirt in every corner. One of the bathroom’s had a nail sticking out from the ceiling. And we killed a roach in the main bedroom. Do not recommend this place at all.

Good place to focus...

Booked my stay here for a few days to focus on my Business, PhD proposal, PPL ground school exams, away from home. I requested in advance a high floor and was told its subject to availability, on arrival i got a room on the 27th floor (30 floors total), not bad. The views were good and provided a nice break from the brainstorming. There is also a coffee machine which i maxed out. On a couple of the evenings some revelers turned up the music, but i had prepared for this and was able to jeep my focus with my noise cancelling beats pro buds. In addition to this the walls are solid unlike some hotels with paper thin plasterboard walls where you can here whats going on next door. So thats a plus, good sound proofing. For me the downsides were, there is no room service although there is a restaurant on site. Also the air con did sprout a leak on my 2nd day, however it was resolved within 30mins. There performance other than that of the two air con systems was good. There is a good selection of TV channels too although i didn't have much time for TV one in lounge and one in bedroom. Shower good pressure and hot. Great to have a mini kitchen with, washing machine, fridge microwave. Elevator is secured with a keyboard keeping general yobos out. Overall enjoyed my stay and managed to make good progress.
