[1] The English proficiency of the staff is below expectations for a hotel that serves international guests.
[2] The room service on the last day of my stay was not as good as it had been during the previous seven days.

Parking was easy for this place. It was located in a very strategic location in lake Toya. The room was superb with a private onsen that overlooks the lake. Food was also great with a wide selection of cuisine. Highly recommend this place!
