"Parking was easy, though there isn't a lot of it. The toiletries were very nice and the pillows were comfortable. The bed was too hard for me but the linens were nice. I liked the fluffy and soft towels and bath mat. The tub was very narrow and the shower head was very low...not good for anyone taller than about 5 foot 6 inches. The water pressure was very good. The staff was very nice though a couple of times we had to ask for a worker (at the deli/coffee counter) or wait for someone to show up (front desk at checkout). Overall, a good place to stay and would stay there again on my next trip to Susanville."

"The stay was OK. To get to the room, it was really odd. There was a small step then another larger step into the room itself- kinda weird. The room itself was really clean. The floors were really Noisy It was like there was no padding underneath the flooring, and it was echoey. Lastly, breakfast was very basic. Some packaged muffins and some breakfast cereal bars were all that was available."

"We were surprised how nicely renovated & comfortable the hotel was. It is definitely on or list for the place to stay as we stop in Susanville. We would highly recommend it to anyone that needs a nice clean place to stay for the night."
