"I was upset at first the bed was lumpy and hard to sleep in and the toilet was impossable to flush. The handle was too hard to use. I was unaware they only clean the rooms every 2 days so was very upset when I didn't have clean towels the next day, however, I was there on business for the hospital next door and so I extended my three day stay to four with the help of Jerri, She was very very polite and helpful and made that transaction perfect. She is a great asset to the company. I really appreciated her efforts. "

"The staff there was great! The condition of the room was bad. There were small holes in the wall between the beds. Microwave was rusted from the inside, When we entered the room the windows were open and a light smell of smoke. Basically, everything was old and dingy and needs to be gutted and updated. The outside of building and lobby seem to be in good shape "
