"We were all convinced we saw a sign in the breakfast room that breakfast was served until 11 am however when we came down it had stopped at 10 am. There was a notice in the room that said 10 am but everybody was 100% sure they read a sign speaking of an 11 am breakfast close so we basically missed breakfast altogether."

"Staff was very friendly and breakfast had a lot of good options. Only complaint is that room service did not come often and we had to go down to the lobby to request more towels a few times. "

"Checked into the hotel, everything was okay,paid the deposit, asked when did breakfast start, was told they only had tea & coffee. Finally went to the room, our key didn’t work so we had to ask staff to open the door for us before going back downstairs to get a new key. The main elevators wasn’t working so I had to use the side elevators which would take longer because everyone is using them. Asked to get some ice from the ice machine but was told the ice machine is broken. Noticed when checking in we only had 1 wash cloth, asked for more but was told they usually only give out 1 per room, which is confusing because why? When there are two travelers. The toilet wouldn’t flush right so we had to keep flushing it. Housekeeping came one time, took all of the towels and washcloths but returned nothing. Mind you this is a three day stay, I told the front desk they said they will drop some more towels off to my room, but none came. Overall I rate it 1/10. There isn’t really a lot of good amenities here but the AC. I noticed the bed was pretty comfortable, but as I was packing up I noticed the sheets really haven’t been changed, which is a health hazard. Honestly this hotel needs to be shut down, the staff was nice and friendly, but I would not recommend. DO NOT COME HERE UNTIL THEY REMODEL THE WHOLE BUILDING! "

"The location was excellent. The parking and the area surrounding the hotel was very safe, with many restaurants and stores for shooping. The room could use a little work, it felt warn down, the return air vent looked very dirty, as well as the room floor and needed more ilumination. We had daily housekeeping, but the floor really needed an extra scrub. We didn't like the breakfast, aside from the coffee, probably the worst hotel breakfast I've experienced in the last few years. The staff was kind and helped us resolve a problem upon arrival."

"The hotel & the grounds are beautiful. On Expedia, we were booked for VIP, however, I feel we were given a room that is in need of refurbishing…bathroom is way over due and our room was located right across from the elevators in which you head the dinging of the elevators! "
