"The place was not maintained well at all. Our rooms (which had no personality at all) were never cleaned, our towels were never changed, there were no toiletries provided, there was no place to put the soap (that we brought) inside the shower, the shower door looked like it had never been cleaned and there was no towel service for the pool. "

"Overall a convenient hotel, clean rooms and all amenities met. The sales people in the lobber were slightly annoying and did make myself feel a little uncomfortable as they were there all the time. I do recommend."

"The room was fine but there was a very bad smell emanating from the drains in the bathroom. The odor was strong and smelled like sewer water. Terrible! When I asked the cleaning crew about it they said many guests have complained about it too."

"Though it’s on the other side , it’s very close to SM aura, walkable to most shopping malls, restaurants, The room have all the amenities as described, The bed is comfortable , shower pressure is good, w/ city view, a nice place to stay, wifi is strong. The staff are helpful, respectful , nice. I recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a no frills, comfortable & affordable rooms."
