Room was clean with minimal amenities. One bar soap and a little tube of lotion. Towels are very thin and it doesn't seem like there is a differ nice between the floor towel and the hand towel. Lined up at 1:30pm to check-in. Waited for one hour in line because we wanted to ask for connections rooms. Was told early check in fee will be $30USD. But check-ins without fee is in 30 mins. Returned at 3pm and the line up was double the original queue with only 3 staff working. Ended up checking in through self-serve. Self serve was much more smoother and we did not have any interactions with any other staff. Elevator was filthy throughout stay and one of the elevator floor was sticky.

This is our favorite and go-to place as we do not gamble and the location is unbeatable. Would appreciate some kitchenware rather than having to request from housekeeping. Brought our own paper plates/cups etc just for microwaving leftovers.

I like staying at the Conrad because the entry and exits were right there by the elevators. And if you use the Lyft ridesharing app, they come right there to the front door of the lobby, and set it off into Siberia where general ridesharing is located, very far away. I like the choice of the restaurants, especially the Vegan Restaurant crossroads Kitchen. If you play back Jack, they always have a couple tables with five or six deck shoe instead of the automatic machine shuffler that runs continually. For the price they charge it's definitely a good value. Check-in was a little rough, long lines maybe 20 minutes long but I got there at 11 and they found me a room that was ready. So all in all I would actually stay there again, and I've stayed all over the strip.
