Staff was courteous, responses were fast. If you plan to use the kitchen you need to buy condiments, paper towels… You’re only provided with dishes, utensils, and pots. Place is walkable to La Sagrada Família, lots of eating and local markets. The elevator was out for two days, this was very inconvenient for me. Taxi and buses are within walking distance.

Property was in an excellent location, only a short walk to the Sagrada Familia. Lots of taxi's available if you need to go further. Casual dining options scattered around the hotel with lots of dining options available on the walk to the basilica. Best part is you can then dine with a view. Staff very responsive via email - when talking in person with staff they may not always be from BCN Stop - and were not as helpful or friendly.

Location is great for Segrada Familia (with lovely dining, dessert, coffees and ice cream just a few minutes away) and Metro stations in good distance for other tourist attractions, fruit and drink shops available nearby. We had a family room of four and whilst the room was clean and had ac, room cleaning available on request, the apartment was not very big or had much storage space. No safe to put valuables in but they do have a 24hour reception desk in the same building. This is a good apartment if your not going to stay inside for long lengths of time, we only slept there although beds and sofa bed are not comfortable to sleep on. Oh and only one mirror in bathroom for 4 females to share. Overall did the job for our first time stay for 7nights in Barcelona

Very clean and responsive property. There are two issues we faced. One- the apt was hot and we had to ask for a fan because the air conditioner was not able to cool down the entire space. Second- the beds were extremely uncomfortable. They weren’t real beds but roll on twin mattresses. The property needs to invest in overall amenities to make it more enjoyable. They were responsive but the solutions made it tolerable but not pleasant. If they invest then it would have a higher rating from me and I think other guests.

The young people who manage this property are super helpful and communicative. Thank you to Oriol and the others on the team. Gràcia is a sweet neighborhood and we loved the Sant Pau Art Deco building next door. The apartment was comfortable and as described.

They have increased the 'tax' amount of our booking without informing us in advance. It was not the price we secured on Hotels.com, and apparently, Hotels.com denies any obligation. The room door doesn't have a lock; it is just that the handle can't be turned from the outside.

The bad: The beds are unbearable!! We travel a lot and know that beds in Europe are kind of firm for us westerners, these beds are as hard as sleeping on the floor. The pillows felt like a sand bag and weighted just as much as one. Not sure what the target audience is, but we did not sleep properly for 3 days. The A/C took 2 days to bring the temperature down, and no curtains on all but one window, so sleeping in is not an option. The Good: location is perfect, close to everything with tons of shops and restaurants, the staff was very nice although the rules are kind of strange, like “leave the key at the reception before you go out” or turn off the A/C when leaving anywhere. The apartment was very clean and if they could fix just the beds, it would be almost perfect, the A/C and the curtains would not be an issue,
