The location for us was excellent. Easy to get to where we needed. The hotel was very clean, room was roomy. We went with the breakfast for our stay and it was prefect. We would like to give a "shout out" to Elena !!!! Elena was wonderful, and extremely helpful in facilitating our stay.

The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. I had to open the window to cool off in my room as I could only heat the room in November. I think there was construction here as I heard some loud bangs. It woke me up one morning. Overall, it was a good stay.

What a gorgeous hotel. Every detail has been thought of. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is convenient but sometimes the surroundings can be a bit rowdy.

The property inside was great. Room size great and staff were exceptional. I did have difficulty finding the entrance to hotel No visible sign with hotel name. As well, every night of our stay between 11 pm and 1 am, there were people being quite loud outside our window. I would ask for a room not next to street.

The staff is absolutely amazing, very friendly, very caring and really far exceeding the expectation compared to many top tier hotels. The location was not the best as getting to the hotel was tricky with some main road construction simple but sufficient, good for a quick business stay.

The staff were fantastic only downside was the bed only had thin sheets and no light-weight duvets. The hair dryer was on and off and needed an upgrade. Location is very central to everything within walking distance to major attractions but just be very aware within the surroundings of the hotel as it’s not the best area. Jetted-tub was a bonus and it’s a clean property. Also, please include iron/ironing board or a portable steamer in the rooms as it was inconvenient not having one readily available.

Great location, fresh hotel, lovely helpful staff! We really enjoyed our stay. The ONLY complain we have is that we got a room with covered windows, so there was no way to see out on the street. We stayed on the first floor. Low daylight. But the room itself was lovely. So nice.

The staff here was very helpful, kind, and enthusiastic. Excellent customer service. They went above and beyond in their reccomendations and in making us feel comfortable and taken care of. Our only complaint is that there was no blanket, only a thin sheet, and no back-up blanket anywhere in the room, so we were very cold at night.

There was structural building work going on when we were there. So for our full weeks holiday we were woken up to Jack hammering and smashing if glass and tiles (except for Sunday), staring before 7am which wasn't great for our relaxing holiday. Staff didn't even let us know this was happening when we checked in. Good location and the room was also nice. Just a shame about the building works

We loved our stay at H La Paloma Boutique! The room was spacious and clean, also great with the aircon in the hot Barcelona weather! The staff were very friendly and helpful, they also held onto our room key for us while we went to the beach for the day!
