mal en la recepcion, mal en estacionamiento, mal en que no habia agua caliente en la regadera, apagan el elevador y se tuvieron que bajar todas las maletas desde un 5to piso. no lo recomiendo.

Good but need new towels and bedding clothes. Very near to the metro and Grand Familia. You can have good dinner downstairs and laundry in the next corner

Appartement très proche métro CLOT pratique
L'appartement est dans un quartier résidentiel, donc de très petites épiceries et peu de restaurants. Proche du métro CLOT et des bus pour aller à la Sagrada, c'est un emplacement pratique. l'appart est sommaire, confortable, mais l'entretien est minimaliste et certaines installations commencent à vieillir (les ampoules des lustres non remplacées, télécommande de la chambre introuvable, serviettes de toilette qui sentent l'humidité, salle de bain avec une douche pas très propre (moisissures). L'appartement est bruyant et les cloisons minces ... comme beaucoup de logement à Barcelone. Nous avons cependant passé un très bon séjour.

Keine Rezeption, unerträglicher Gestank im Apartement, Schlafzimmer fensterlos, Badezimmerboden schmutzig, Wände feucht und fleckig (Schimmel), Gestank auch aus dem Hinterhof, juckender Hautausschlag nach Kontakt mit Bettzeug, abgewohntes und speckiges Mobiliar, vom Hotel angebotener Flughafentransfer trotz Abmachung mehr als doppelt so teuer.

Appartamento sporco, mancavano lenzuola e asciugamani, strane macchie sul divano.... Riscaldamento non funzionante, polvere ovunque. Non c'era aspirapolvere altrimenti lo avrei pulito, ho dovuto acquistare lenzuola e asciugamani perché quelli in dotazione erano vergognosi o mancanti.

Неплохо, но не для утреннего заезда...
Кроме невозможности оставить вещи до назначенного часа заезда (14:00) все остальное соответствовало описанию и ожиданиям. Приехав в 9:30, после 30 мин выяснений опций, пришлось на метро отправиться на автовокзал и сдать чемоданы в камеру хранения.

The apartment is in a great location and easy access to transport. The apartment itself was ok, but could have been cleaner as the bedroom was dusty and bathroom wasn't clean.

Goed appartement als je alleen daar slaapt.
Op zich goed appartement, niet echt schoon, vriendelijke service, huisraad niet compleet. Ligt langs een drukke hoofdweg, veel lawaai van school aan de overkant.

Abdul nous a très bien accueilli à notre arrivée. Il nous a demandé si nous avions des serviettes de toilette, ce que nous n'avions pas prévu. Il nous en a fourni. Il nous a proposé ses coordonnées téléphoniques, afin que nous puissions le contacter en cas de besoin.
L'appartement est bien situé, à proximité du metro, station "Clot" (lignes 1 et 2). Epicerie (+fruits et légumes) en bas de de l'immeuble, supérette moins de 50 m, des cafés, un vendeur de glaces, des restaurants à proximité.

Appartement in der Stadt
Appartement mit drei Schlafzimmern in der Stadt, ca. 3 km vom Strand entfernt. Mit Taxi oder U-Bahn alles zügig erreichbar.
Ein Schlafzimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, die anderen beiden eher dürftig und kahl. Von der Einrichtung ist alles da, was man benötigt.

Cet hôtel fait du surbooking ce qui oblige les gens qui on réservé et PAYÉ a dormir dans des auberge de jeunesse faute de place..... Même en famille avec des enfants deux chambres séparées et pas au même étage..
Une honte!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ensimmäistä kertaa barcelonassa niin huoneisto oli meidän käyttötarkoituksiin hieman kaukana.Huoneisto oli kuitenkin todella siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä ja englanninkielen taitoista.

Godt hotel til unge og store grupper!
Vi var 11 personer fra mit studie der ville på en lille mini ferie til Barcelona og bare nyde byen, solen og feste. Vi fik to store lejligheder. En af lejlighederne fik vi dog opgraderet til en endu større lejlighed med stor terrasse da den alligevel ikke blev brugt, super lækkert!. Begge lejligheder var store og med massere af sengeplads og forholdsvis store badeværelser. Køkkenet var også fint, men der manglede desværre en del bestik og andre ting + at vandet på badeværelset var iskoldt de sidste to dage..
Manden som har det, er fra Indien og er til rådighed hele tide. Han kom ofte og spurgte om alt var okay, og hvis vi manglede noget skaffede han det med det samme, om det så bare var stearinlys, toiletpapir, opvaskemiddel mm.
Bygningen er ret gammel og faldefærdig, men helt fint hvis man vil have noget til billige penge. Bygningen ligger lige ved CLOT metro st. så man kan komme hurtigt rundt. Hvis man hellere vil gå tager det fx. 40 min. at gå ned til stranden. Alt i alt et fint ophold, men vil ikke anbefale det til familier da der er meget lydt og der bor mange unge generelt :)

perfect for family holiday in Barcelona
The perfect place for a family holiday in Barcelona: lots of room, own kitchen, internet, good heating or AC.
Very good location: directly next to the metro and train to the airport, lots of shops and supermarkets next door.
If we go to Barcelona again, this is the place we will stay.
