Front desk were amazing! Our rooms were cleaned every-time we came back! Everything was great, I am going to miss hotel. Only tiny complaint I have is the pool. I think the pool floor had mole or getting old. However, we really didn’t care because the hotel it self is amazing.

Excellent hotel in perfect location only a few blocks from the les Cortes L3 Metro line. Great neighborhood with lots of markets, cafes and dining options. Close enough by metro to all the hot spots of the City but far enough from the crowds with a laid back local vibe. Hotel itself is modern and very nice. Staff were very friendly and all fluent in English. I would definitely stay here again if back in Barcelona!

Four-star surprise in Barcelona

Surprisingly high-class hotel with moderate prices. Very friendly personnel. Nice views from the upper floors and the swimming pool. Breakfast is one of the best I've encountered in Spanish hotels.

Great stay!

Great hotel. I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but our room was very nice, very clean and had a huge sparklin clean bathroom. We did ask for a twin room because they are bigger. The hotel's restaurant is amazing, we recommend. A bit far from the centre, but tube and bus stations are nearby. Maybe not a 4 stars based on their need for renovation, but definitely a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was awesome. They were kind and gave us a room upgrade. Room was very spacious Hotel is a few blocks away from the Barsa soccer stadium but far from everything else. We moved by taxi which was about 15€ a trip, depending on the distance. Thank you NH.

The overall impression is good, staff was very nice and helpful. I did not like the pool as it is tiny and the rooms need an update: water running out of the shower, walls are dirty floors have bumps. Most furniture has kinks and scratches, door missing of the closet, AC dropping water.

The staff at NH were both very helpful and friendly. My only disappoint was with a cab booked through the hotel reception, which I purposely asked the hotel to book hoping for a reputable service. The cab charged more than twice the fair - clearly taking advantage of tourists.
