The property provided a nice place to stay. Room and bathroom was clean. The top observation deck was nice and relaxing. This location was perfect for walking with many restaurants, banks, and shopping right around the corner and easy to catch cabs due to proximity to the Estacion de France. The elevator is about five steps up so carrying your luggage was a bit challenging and elevator is super slow so easier to walk up to sixth floor than wait for elevator once luggage is dropped off!

Good location with basic options. Access to the building and into the apartment floor was easy, but the elevator was very small and outdated. Booked a room with a private bathroom for 3 adults. The room and bathroom were very small and tight, although we did not had a lot of luggage. The extra space with the kitchen was a bonus and very helpful, especially having snacks and coffee. We received extra towels without a fee. Balancy was tiny and was facing the train station - not usable at all. Great connection to and from the airport since it is across the train station. All public transportation options right across the corner.

We enjoyed the hospitality and the all of the staff were lovely. We would have liked hand towels or washcloths for the bath, and more hooks for hanging towels and other clothing like jackets/ coats. The cafe was wonderful and well stocked with drinks and travel brochures.

The room was perfect! The shared kitchen was incredible and the roof top garden was beautiful! The front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure I found the place without any problems. They made me feel so at home. The location is super! Close to the metro and the train station. I cant wait to visit again.

I didn’t expect the room to be as good as it was in person they gave us a nice balcony room and the room is small and cozy and well decorated and they gave us a cava bottle for our honey moon. Very cool room our bathroom was across the hallway with our own code to enter bathrobe was nice n clean very modern . I will come back 🇪🇸

Great Pension in good location

This is a great little pension in a good location a short walk from Las Ramblas and close to Metro links. The staff are really nice and helpful and there is information available in the small communal kitchen which houses tea and coffee and a supply of fruit etc as well as a microwave oven. The place is spotlessly clean and evwrything works very well. The roof terrace was a real bonus ona sunny day with chairs and tables available to take a picnic lunch etc. I would 100% recommend if you want a Pension style accommodation close to main sightseeing points.

This property exceed my expectations. Small but starting with the staff, the young lady that takes care of front desk and housekeeping is beyond amazing. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They offer fruits and muffing, they have a small area with a fridge and microwave outside of the rooms for the guest convenience. The room has a small balcony, hair dryer, extra pillow and blanket... I truly was happy with the attention and cute rooms. The location is perfect. You have a bunch of restaurants in less than 2 minutes walking and you also has The Ciudadela park 5 minutes walking, Barceloneta beach is like 10 minutes walking and 16 minutes to la Rambla... Everything is close... Give this property a chance unless that you are looking for big rooms like suites, this will do the job and is clean. The owners are very nice.

Once you get into your room everything is great but we had a difficult time contacting staff to let us in the building. You can't get into the building without a pass code. Finally another person staying at the property came by, let me in and helped me reach the office staff. You can't reach staff without that pass code either and I didn't have a phone number. Even their office was locked and unaccessable without a code. Make sure you have your check in process down with the property to avoid what we went through
