Very disappointed – No support or refund I booked this hotel for the first time, but there was a problem with my reservation. I was charged, but no refund or commercial gesture was offered to resolve the issue. The hotel could not help, and I had to book another hotel. Very disappointed with this experience, and I will not be booking here again.

Overall a great hotel and location. The staff were lovely and the rooms were nicely designed. Loved the rooftop bar too! Only downside to my room was the window looked into an elevator shaft. The shower had some black crud that needed deeper cleaning, the bathroom didn't vent well.

A very tired and worn out room. Tiles moved in the bathroom. The laminate on shelve fronts peeled. Faucets/fixtures displayed their age. The toilet and bathroom floor were not completely cleansed/clean. The access panel in the bathroom ceiling rattled. Overall, the hotel is in a great location, but room 404 specifically needs a facelift.

This is a really lovely hotel, and the staff is wonderful. It’s in an upscale, non-touristy neighborhood that is within easy walking distance of La Rambla and the Passig de Gracia, as well as subways that can take you anywhere. And the neighborhood is dotted with pocket parks and lovely gardens, away from the craziness of the tourist areas, so it’s also more low key and much safer. All in all, an absolute gem.

Receptionist was rather cold and uninterested. Seemed as though she just couldn’t be bothered. Room was on the 8th floor. A beautiful room. But it was noisy with internal noises.

The room was nice and had plenty of space. The view from our room was great. The breakfast could have been better. It was a typical European breakfast with not a lot of hot breakfast options. The eggs had been setting in steam making the eggs watery and unappealing. When asked if we could have fresh eggs cooked, the cook was offended and said that the eggs were fine and stirred them up. Our request was finally made. A better breakfast would have made it great.
