“The overall ambience is good. Staff is very polite and good. The hotel, I was told is under renovation. Hence, it had no rooms for drivers, which was a negative. Also, had to sweat for one night since the electricity went out and there was no fuel in the generator. The room was cosy and amenities in the room were good, though the bathroom seemed a bit cramped. The food is great, bar is well stocked and the overall decor is pleasant, room service is excellent. Overall, I rate the hotel...

“Confusion between the City Center property and this resort as both businesses are using the same name for online listings…it’s apparently 14-17 KM away from the City of Durgapur. Check before booking. ”

“The property is ok to stay. But the check in experience was bad. They said they can’t find the confirmed booking and were made to wait at check in for more than 30 mins telling us there was no bookings. Funnily enough we also had their banquet hall booked for the same day and still got this service.”

“We stayed in a ground floor suite near the dining hall and that was very convenient for seniors like us. Our suite was very clean and very nicely furnished. To me, the outstanding feature of the resort was the behaviour of the staff. They always greeted us with a smile. They never expected tips unlike their counterparts in bigger cities. The big open ground inside the resort was very nicely maintained and excellent for morning walks. We didn’t use the gym or spa area, but they looked good....
