“Difficult to get in. Outdated instructions. Staff appeared confused. 25 mins from arrival to getting to check in! Room was somewhat comfortable. ”

“방 배정의 문제였는지 시설은 오래 되었고, 방은 라지에이터를 가동했음에도 추었습니다. 호텔을 옮기기로 결심했기때문에 이에 대한 시정조치는 요청하지 않았습니다. (혹시 했다면 조치가 되었을 수도...) 아침식사는 훌륭했습니다.”

“항상 호텔에만 묵다가 처음으로 B&B 스타일 숙소에 묵었는데 조식이 포함된 가격인데 너무 저렴해서 반신반의 했습니다. 근처 도시에 친구를 만나러 왔다가 적당한 호텔이 없어서 우연히 예약한 곳인데 상당히 만족스러웠습니다. 체크인을 도와줬던 직원이 매우 친절했으며, 다음날 조식도 맛있었습니다. 숙소로 올라가는 계단이 다소 가팔라서 짐이 많다면 힘들수 있으나 저희는 짐이 별로 없었기 때문에 문제는 없었습니다. ”

“Work retreat organised a few months ago.. Absolutely flawless check in, staff went out of their way to make our stay fun and memorable. Beautifully renovated with old and new features. The spa area was so refreshing. Would highly recommend booking the suites as really good value for money as all extras including spa access are included. You also get a private living space including an outdoor shared hydrotherapy pool which is great for a large group or family.”

“Not expecting too much for a 3 star hotel you just a clean room to rest but you certainly don't expect a hotel room to have a huge wet patch on the floor from some sort of leak or them trying to clean something up, a curtain missing so could not undress without the risk of exposing to neighbouring room and and considering it should have been a non smoking room to had a very strong odour of smoke that was ingrained in the carpet and beds. Paid for for two nights but woke up early checked out and...

“It was a pleasant stay with friendly staff, you make your own breakfast there a variety of cereals and toast, croissants. Wifi available and the b&b is close to town centre.. I will definitely go back. ”
