“The hotel and surrounding property were beautiful. It is a new hotel set in the summer home of a past Italian king with vineyards and a forest to walk through. The hotel breakfast buffet was quite large, especially by Italian standards and everything was made fresh and delicious. The restaurant hotel had excellent food and we ended up eating there two nights because we enjoyed the first one so much. ”

“We had such a great time at Felicin! The people were all so nice! Our room had a balcony as well as a sitting area off of the bedroom. It was so quiet and peaceful! We also enjoyed the pool! The walk to breakfast was quite a workout, but definitely worth it!! ”

“This is a very old minor castle that’s been converted to a hotel. There is no air conditioning, so some of the rooms on the upper floor can get quite warm in late summer. The property is in a very remote location in a tiny village surrounded by vineyard. There aren’t many options for eating, but the good news is that the food at this place is quite outstanding, some of the best food you can find anywhere. “The hotel is placed on a beautiful high spot looking out over the local vineyards. With a number of high quality restaurants in the area, there are plenty of options to taste some of the excellent local foods. We did not try the hotel's own restaurant, apart from breakfast (which was excellent). All the staff were extremely helpful and the rooms are very spacious and tastefully appointed. This was a great stop on our mini tour through Italy and we'd love the opportunity to come back.”

The most memorable part of the experience was the restaurant downstairs - excellent, local dishes. One of the best meals we had in Italy. Waiter shaved truffles onto our pasta!”
