โStaff was amazing, friendly, & helpful. Property was clean. It is a little older but well kept. Felt safe. Close to everything & Burkes beach was 5 minutes away. โ

โBeen there multiple times over recent years and we always enjoy our stay. A couple things we didn't care for this visit 1) Continuous calls from the Concierge desk. Letting us know at check in about specials and discounts is enough, i don't want notes left on our hotel door, calls, etc. 2) More pool chairs need to be set out during peak season. If every single chair is taken each morning by 9am thats annoying for guests. โ
โThe hotel staff was very knowledgeable about the area, places to dine and giving directions as well as recommendations. The rooms were clean and very spacious and updated. The showers were nice and the bed was comfortable unlike some places Iโve visited. The water pressure in the sink area was really low. One of the two elevators stopped working during our stay. โOur stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Hilton Head was phenomenal! My wife, our 3-month-old, and I felt completely taken care of from start to finish. The staff went out of their way to be kind and accommodating, which made traveling with a baby so much easier and stress-free.
