"The location suited the purpose of our trip (it is located out in the suburbs). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Large shopping centre located within walking distance which was very convenient. Rooms very quiet and we did not have any issues with outside noise. Plenty of parking onsite. Check in staff friendly and our room was ready early which was good as we arrived on an early flight. We would stay here again."

"The check-in process was a bit messy as we were going to be late arriving due to our flight time; we were told different information about getting our key etc when the desk was actually open until 10pm and we picked it up just fine when we arrived! We were lucky enough to be given an upgrade, only to find out the shower was over the bath and ended up back where we booked so we could have a walk-in shower! Would definitely book car parking next time as the street parking was inconvenient and costly if we had been there during the week due to time limitations"
