“This is not a 4 star hotel, at the very least it’s a 3 star. A 4 star hotel won’t charge you a €10 fee to rent a pool towel. Yes I get my €10 back, that’s not the point. The rooms are seriously outdated, and the beds are twin beds pushed together to make a double. The beds sit low. A comfortable mattress would be greatly improved the stay.
