I just came back from a four day vacation at The NH Collection Barranquilla Colombia. My experience was the staff was extremely friendly to me. Then include everyone from the kitchen to maintenance to the front desk. I really enjoy the people there in the service they provide. I look forward to booking with them again soon! I would highly recommend this hotel if you come to Barranquilla Colombia!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. My room was immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions and amenities. I like the location even when right now there is a lot of traffic but we walked a lot because it was strategically well located. We liked the personnel, especially Karol at front desk. I did not like especially that we could not reach the hotel before arrival via message or phone. I found some surprises when I got to the check in that would have probably made me change my mind beforehand. I also think that it could use some improvement in the cleaning.

As soon as we walked in, Karol, the front desk counterperson received us with a big smile and was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she was accommodating to our needs and you could tell that she actually likes to make people feel welcome!!! Karol is the best!
