โPlease bring your hair dryer from home when staying here.
I've stayed in many hotels in the world, but I've never seen one, no matter how low-rated, without a hair dryer.
However, there is no hair dryer in the room here. We asked for a hair dryer in the evening, but the front desk staff said there were no hair dryers left. The next morning I called the front desk again and asked for a hair dryer and the front desk staff said the housekeeper would bring it to our room, but I didn't receive it...
โThe hotel was somewhat dated but very clean and very comfortable. The mattress for the pull out is old Customer service was above excellent at Mosaic. I understand a revamp is coming. โ
โThe surprise here was the lack of an elevator. We were on the third floor and had luggage for a lengthy trip we were heading to the next day from Pearson so the stairs were not a welcome surprise! โ
โI had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suite Collingwood. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a bit small but well-maintained and perfect for relaxing. โThis hotel is in a great area and walkable to the village. Bruce at the front desk is a gem and one of the reasons we would stay here again. He goes above and beyond for customers. The property is nice and the pool and hot tubs are lovely too.โ
โFirst impression of the room is the cleanliness. beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good and having that option is really a plus point. Big thanks to Sneha in the front desk for the hospitality and gave us the option to early check-in and late check-out. Had a great time. thanks again. โ
