“The views from the property and our room were amazing. Our trip was so relaxing that we did not want to leave. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There were plenty of activities for both adults and children. The complimentary boat ride and trolley were unexpected and a great addition to our trip. We are already planning our next trip for 2027.”

“The location is great for all the shops and restaurants. Our Keurig coffee maker wasn’t working and maintenance was up within a few minutes to fix it. I mentioned that a chair would be great to have instead of sitting on the bed and he had one in our room right away. Super nice guy. I didn’t get his name but he was from Jamaica. “The location is unbeatable with most rooms having a harbor view, although the public walkway is outside the window so if you want to open the curtains anyone can see in your room. There are lots of shops, restaurants and bars within a few minute walk. This is an older property, and our room (2nd floor near the end) was really small. Old wall-to-wall carpet, a tiny space for the toilet, a decent but older shower and the sink is out in the room. The A/C was very noisy and not very effective. The...
