"This hotel was average, but certainly not to the standards of a 4 star hotel as its advertised. The breakfast was great as other reviews state, but that's the only thing I would rate above average. All of the pictures of this hotel seem to have been taken at least a decade ago and the property has not been maintained well. The rooms were very basic and the bathrooms were a bit grimy. Our shower had rust marks all over the walls (I hope it was rust), and grime all around the caulking. It would also get extremely damp and humid after anyone would shower and the walls and ceilings in the bathroom would drip with moisture for about 10-12 hours after a shower. The pool and outdoor area were also poorly maintained, I certainly would never consider swimming in that pool. If this were rated as a three star hotel I would consider it passable, but rating this hotel as 4 stars makes absolutely no sense to me given the state of the rooms, property, and amenities."

"I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. It is a beautiful building in an excellent location. I felt safe there as a solo traveler. The staff were kind and friendly. The room and its bathroom were very large and perfectly clean. The included breakfast was delicious and had multiple options. There is a lovely lobby and an outdoor courtyard to enjoy as well. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We loved this boutique-style hotel! It's in the desirable, mostly residential Palermo neighborhood, within walking distance of great restaurants and lovely parks. Even the popular yellow "Red Line" tour bus had a stop three blocks away. The room was more the size of a studio apartment, with a couch, kitchenette, and breakfast bar. The king-size bed had a memory-foam mattress that was so comfortable! Front-desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The entire hotel is incredibly clean, and air conditioning works perfectly. Couldn't recommend it more! I would stay there again!"

"Habitaciones con techos con humedad telas de arañas, sábanas, mantas y toallas muy viejas y manchadas, la infraestructura del hotel, 1 ascensor malogrado, tuve que pagar otro hotel para poder descansar cómodos y tranquilos, tengo los comprobantes, solo un counter, ni sofás para la espera al checkin del hotel, solicito la devolución del dinero, terriblemente malo el hospedaje, porque lo califican como bueno sino es así, gastar dinero por algo que no lo vale. Nos llevamos una muy mala experiencia con ese hotel. No usamos ni la calefacción porque salían el moho, solicité el cambio de habitación, pero en esos 2 días ni siquiera llamaron a la habitación para hacer el cambio. Viajé con mis padres ( que ya son personas de la tercera edad ) y los hice pasar un mal rato, mi hermano, esposo y menor hija."
