"The staff who met us by our car, after easily entering the lot to park, was professional and informative and even joyful. The front desk arranged our dining. The restaurant and bar were lovely. We won’t bother considering other accommodations in Biarritz in the future!"

"Well resourced kitchen and in room facilities. Good location if you want to be away from the hustle of the local resort lifestyle. Could be a destination itself for a weekend getaway. Lovely vistas for an evening walk over the golf course and from the ruins. Some interesting relics of the Basque culture can be found on the buildings. Nice spot."

"The hotel is located within a golf course. The surrounding area is nice. The bad: I found out once I got into my room that there was not air conditioning. Just a noisy fan. The toilet was moving every time I sat on it, making me afraid I was going to rip it from the floor. I was sent to an additional building which compare to the main building il looks like a second hand place. Everything looked sub par. It was difficult to sleep since the room was warm at night."

"Very disappointed; with rooms of hotel, the hotel unfortunately, for me an my wife and two accompanying friends, all felt the pictures on the web site when we booked, were not a true representation, of the hotel, which we booked several months earlier. Based on our comparisons of pictures and reality, were sadly dissimilar, from reality. Would suggest very little difference between budget and hotel, so choose wisely."

"A very nice little hotel which was handy to everything but in a very quiet area only 10 mins from the airport and walkable to the beaches and shops. There is a nearby small shop, coffee shop and it’s close to an area with restaurants etc. the hotel does not have an outside space. Breakfast is additional and we did not avail of it as we preferred to go out for a later brunch. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. "
