A very nice property located in the middle of the market. A lot of eateries and even Mall nearby. Money exchange and supermarket outside the hotel itself. Big and clean rooms with 24 hours room service. Absolutely will visit again.

Stayed here almost everytime i visit Batam. Hotel has put in great effort to maintain its upkeep. Clean, quiet and very strong wifi in the room. Hotel was able to accommodate my requests and fulfilled them
