“Everything was better than I expected ”

“Our entire stay has been nothing but fabulous! The whole staff is so sweet and helpful. They’re so personable and lovely people. “My stay at Jem Gems was excellent. The host picked me up at the airport and was there on time. She was very friendly and polite. The room was very clean and spacious. I was very grateful for the refreshments she provided. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. I would highly recommend Jem Gems. On a scale from 1 to 10, I give it a 10!”

“Let us be clear on what this place is. This residence is a series of rooms which are the extensions to someone's house. The accommodations are simple in that you have bedroom, bathroom, tv, internet and maybe a kitchen. If you are ok with this setup, then this is a fantastic place to stay. “Had a layover and got in after 1 am and the host was patiently waiting....nice breakfast provided, serene neighborhood... would definitely recommend ”

“ The room was clean and modern and very comfortable but my favorite was the bed. It was super comfortable; so much so that it felt like I was sleeping on air. The staff were also super helpful. The shuttle was an added bonus. I did not take the shuttle to the hotel and our taxi driver got lost. So make sure you let the hotel know your arrival details so that the shuttle would be available. ”

We loved that it is a small property - ran into many of the same couples during our stay, but also felt like we had privacy and down time.
