NOT a 3 star hotel
Pros: The pool looks nice, rooms are spacious
Cons: The 12 year old girl at reception had no record of me and asked me to pay $21 a night, until I found my pre-paid booking confirmation. I had pre-paid $31 per night (deluxe room, breakfast not included).
Rooms are tattier than photos and I was short changed $5 by a young lady after paying for breakfast. Minimum basic toiletries provided and empty minibar. Language barriers (I speak English, French and Korean).
For $31 a night: not a 3 star hotel
