"We had reserved a room with a king-size bed. We had to use stairs (no elevator), and I have a physical problem with stairs, so I asked if we might possibly get a room on the first floor. She said no. When we arrived at our room, we found we were given a room with 2 queen-sized beds. I was way too tired to deal with it then. In the morning I went back to the front desk and explained the problems. The lady (a different staff member) quickly and politely looked up our reservation. She verified we had reserved a king bed room. I asked if there might be one on the first floor so I would not have to climb stairs. She said there was and that we could switch rooms as soon as it was finished being clean. She was super nice and helpful! Breakfast was excellent!"

"Easy location and next to great BBQ restaurant. Comfortable beds, clean room, coffee and fridge in room and free hot breakfast served near lobby. Pretty creek behind hotel. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Property decorated with beautiful flowers and room was decorated with flowers too. We were hiking and staff offered great suggestions. Would definitely stay again when visiting this area."
