PROS... 1.The price point was good. 2.Breakfast was incuded and was above expectations. 3.Parking was free and easily available. 4.The casino was very nice. 5. Rooftop pool 6. Location was good. CONS.... 1.Property was/is under renovation. 2. Room had peeling wallpaper and old carpet. 3. Not all of the facilities are available due to construction.

They sent me to another hotel without any explanation. I had to open the window to see outside because of the dirt and filth of the glass. I called expedia next morning and they helped me to get out of there to a very nice hotel.

Staff looked miserable and don’t wanna help, my bathroom would get flooded after every shower and they did nothing to move me or fix the leaking shower. Carpets are filthy and worn out. Breakfast is terrible and no gluten free options.

The staff have no information whatsoever about anything they have no pool no exercise room and no Spa I asked to do any trips they never have no idea they have not many people speak English which is supposed to be a start a hotel unfortunately, it’s not give me that feeling at all

This is not even a two stars hotel

This hotel which you sold to me as five stars hotel, it is not even a two stars hotel. The bathroom was leaking. After complaining to hotel front desk, they change our room but it was same problem and bathroom was leaking. I could see many people who were complaining about their room at front desk. One elevator was completely out of order and another one was broken for a day but they fixed it. When passing hale way to get to elevator, the ceiling was leaking water. They even knew about the leak and put a bucket under it. The entrance to the hotel was extremely dirty all the time, See pictures. Since Hotel.com list this hotel on their site as five stars, I would never want to deal with hotel.com or Expedia again.

Do Not Book This Hotel I can not be any clearer than that. 1. Rooms are run down, table lamps croked, mini bar not working, hot water in shower does not work, water overflowes due to bad water dranage. 2. Staff does not even have a proper unifrom, its like the owners of the hotel told them wear anything you have at home as long as it is a white top and black pants. 3. It is so obvious that the owners do not want to invest anymore in thsi property. 4. Staff and managment are light years from a proper hotel operating team. 5. Bath towel par stock for a suite is ONE, that gives you a regular room is suffering. 6. If seems they made thier money back and now whatever comes in is fine.

L ho scelto perché dava 5 stelle ma in realtà sia per gli arredi che per il personale non più di 3 stelle. Arredi anni 70, spoglio e trasandato . Piscina senza acqua , abbandonata !Camera decente ma piatto doccia con muffa. Bar chiuso , assenza di personale, arredamento terribile. Mi ha stupito la colazione… c’era di tutto ! Una quantità smisurata di cibo. Molto buono tutto ! Non lo consiglio ! Ps meno male abbiamo fatto una sola notte !!

İlk günden son güne kadar Tv çalışmadı. Kaç kere söyledim gündüz gece rica ettim sorumluya da söyledim kimse ilgilenmedi.3 gece kaldık 3 gün boyunca oda temizliği istememize rahmen oda hiç temizlenmedi şampuan yok su yok inanın hayatımda gördüğüm en berbat yer.banyoda uzun siyah saçlar oda bizden önce bile temizlenmemiş. İnanan birinci katta temizlik görevlisi bile görmedim.berbat bir konaklama idi. Asla bir daha gitmem.
