Was pleased with everything. Out of holiday peak season it is awesome. Hardly any wait time for elevator from 29th floor. Easy self checkout and check-in. Awesome view. Room is soundproof so don't worry about construction. Good TV channels. Fast wifi. Spacious bathroom. Extremely comfortable Western style bed. No negatives to mention.

There is no hotel as Royal Sea Breeze Apartment. Expedia did not provide the phone number of hotel. We came to Sherif Khimshiashvili 7B, Batumi, 6010 Georgia and there was not apartments. We have asked around and nobody knows about apartment. I thing Expedia have made a mistake and it is just scam. Thanks for best holidays

Skal du bo i Batumi, anbefales det å bo i høyden med utsikt. Leiligheten var generelt veldig bra. Renhold kunne vært bedre, spesielt på gulv. Leiligheten har alt du trenger. God wifi. Seng er god. Eneste store minus er kommunikasjon om hvor leiligheten er og hvordan en får tilgang. En må kommunisere på mobil/whatsapp. Det var dårlig formidlet fra hotel.com sin side. Ikke utleier sin feil. Videre lite eller ingen informasjon om hva en skal gjøre ved endt opphold. Stort hotell og leilighets kompleks med mye folk. Tar litt tid i heisen.

Comfy, cozy place... It's basically an apartment, where I can cook, store my food in the fridge, and wash my clothes... One thing to make it more comfortable would be a pair of slippers which they were missing, other than that, I enjoyed my stay very much!
