Receptionist forsøgte forgæves at forklare os hvor anneks bygningen vi skulle sove i var lokaliseret. vi fulgte hans indviklede forklaring, men måtte opgive. han kunne blot følge os til indgangen af hotellet, og pege på stedet. Lille badeværelse hvor bruser ikke fungerede. Vi kommer ikke igen"

"Very nice room. Had everything needed to enjoy the stay. Bed was comfortable, bathroom and kitchen were nice too! Everything seemed very nice, clean and quality. Check in and out was easy. Parking was easy. We parked across the street from the hotel on a side street. Very cute town. Happy to have stayed here on our way from Heidleberg to Prague. "

"It is an old beautiful castle which in my experiences it should be a museum not a hotel, maybe a wedding or gathering outdoor.… Its too old and the smell and the wood Oder was too strong to breathe, The service and staff were great, beautiful breakfast in the garden. we paid for 2 nights and arrived late but unfortunately, I couldn't stay longer we left after breakfast."
